Ingredients 4 cups broccoli florets 1/2 cup carrots, shredded 1/2 red onion, sliced thin 2 apples, diced 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey Salt and pepper, to taste Directions • In large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, onion, apples, pecans, and cranberries. • In separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, and honey. • Combine yogurt mixture with vegetable mixture and toss well.
