6 We are glad to be your partner in health, especially during this trying time. We know the COVID-19 crisis is deeply impacting many of you in our community. Here are some resources to help you get through this pandemic and stay well. COVID-19 coverage As a Presbyterian Health Plan member, there will be no cost to you for COVID-19 screening, diagnostic testing, or medical treatment . You won’t pay copays, deductibles, or coinsurance for visits related to COVID-19 at clinics, hospitals, or using remote care. How do I get screened? If you feel you have symptoms, Presbyterian Health Plan offers telemedicine choices to make it quick to connect with a provider to check COVID-19 symptoms. Members can use the free online screening tool on www.phs.org , call PresRN, or call the New Mexico Department of Health Coronavirus Hotline for a no-cost screening. Free online screening tool Our free online screening tool helps you find out if you should be tested. If your screening comes back positive, the tool will show you where you can get tested in your community. For members in the Albuquerque metro area, the online screening tool will allow you to schedule your appointment for a test. Access the free online screening tool at www.phs.org/ covid19/screening-testing . PresRN PresRN is our free nurse advice line. It is available to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To speak to one of our registered nurses, call (505) 923‑5573 or 1-800-887-9917 . How and where do I get tested? You should be screened by a provider before seeking a COVID-19 test. If your provider has recommended you get tested, here’s how you can proceed. You can access a list of testing centers in New Mexico at the New Mexico Department of Health website at https://cv.nmhealth.org and click on the “COVID-19 Testing Information” tab. Here you can find the hours of operation, phone number, location, screening requirements, and details for scheduling an appointment for each testing center. COVID-19 resources At www.phs.org/covid-19, you can find: ● The websites we recommend for the latest about the disease and how to protect yourself ● What to do if you think you or a family member has COVID-19 ● What to do if you or a family member has been diagnosed with COVID-19 ● Resources available to you as a member of our health plan Want email updates from us? Go to www.phs.org/covid-19 to sign up. Getting prescriptions We are here to help if you have trouble getting your medications. If you can’t access your ongoing prescription medications due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please call your pharmacy for refills. If you have any problems, please call the Presbyterian Customer Service Center at the number on the back of your member ID card. Choose the pharmacy option to reach one of our pharmacy specialists. There are also options for medication delivery: ● Many pharmacies, including Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens, are offering medication delivery services. Contact your pharmacy to learn more. ● You can also sign up for mail-order delivery of your ongoing medications. Go to www.phs.org/mypres and select “MyHealthPlan.” You may also call OptumRx (our mail-order partner) at 1-866-528-5829 . Using mail order saves you money and allows you to get a 90-day supply of your medication. Therapy and counseling options If you are already seeing a behavioral health provider, please check with them to see what options they are offering you right now. The New Mexico Crisis and Access Line is now offering a free app to help you get support. This service lets New Mexicans call and text counselors and peer support workers. You can also access mental health resources. Search for NMConnect in your smartphone app store. Financial hardship resources If you have lost your job or health insurance coverage, need childcare or food, or have questions about housing and bills, visit www.newmexico.gov/ i-need-assistance for helpful informatio n.
