For over 20 years, Medicare Advantage Plan members have participated in our Consumer Advisory Board meetings, acting as an advocate for all our Medicare Advantage members. When you respond to one of our surveys, your comments are carefully reviewed to help us improve the services we provide. Provider input. Your providers listen to you and work with us to improve the services you need to meet your healthcare needs.
